Mozart-Katsaris: Die Entführung Aus Dem Serail (The Abudction from the Seraglio)

The Virtuoso Piano Transcription Series presents sophisticated piano transcriptions of well-known past and present works. The art of transcription and paraphrase, particularly established by Franz Liszt, is still a favourite form of piano music today. For this edition, in 2002, Cyprien Katsaris transcribed one of the most important arias from Die Entführung aus dem Serail (The Abduction from the Seraglio) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
